Who shows up

Clay was on his dad's equipment by age five.

His father's company, F&H, did site work, clearing and septic across northeastern North Carolina. Clay carries it on under his own name: same ground, same standards, same crew that knows which lots hold water.

He bids every job himself, and he'll tell you honestly if one isn't worth doing.

The phone has kept ringing on word of mouth. Ask around Currituck and Dare County.

Clay bids every job himself. Have him walk yours.

How much does it cost to clear an acre?

It depends most on how heavily wooded it is and what you want left behind. Light brush costs a fraction of mature hardwood with stumps to pull and haul. Clay walks it and prices it for free.

Do you haul everything off?

Yes. Trees, stumps and debris leave with us, so you're not left with a burn pile.

Can you take it all the way to a house pad?

Yes. Clearing, grading, the pad, driveway, utilities and septic are all done in-house, so one crew takes the lot from wooded to buildable.

Tell us the town.
We'll come walk it.

One company from first tree to final grade. No refereeing three contractors.
